LANSING, MI — Groesbeck Golf Course in Lansing will celebrate its 100 anniversary next week. On Tuesday, city dignitaries will join the Historical Society of Greater Lansing (HSGL) and Groesbeck representatives to celebrate.
The golf course opened in June 1926, according to a press release. “Groesbeck stands as a treasured community asset,” according to the release.
To mark exactly one century of history, leadership from the HSGL will present the course with its prestigious Local History Award to recognize the preservation of its multi-generational legacy in Mid-Michigan.
