LANSING, MI — The R.E. Olds Transportation Museum in Lansing has been awarded a Home Depot Foundation grant, which will help the museum’s landscape rejuvenation and gift shop improvement project, according to a press release.
The grant not only provides needed equipment to help maintain the museum grounds, but will also bring in Team Depot volunteers on this Thursday (May 14) to prepare the museum for its busy summer season.
On the schedule this summer is the Car Capital Auto Show on Saturday July, 18 from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
The Home Depot Foundation, a nonprofit supported by The Home Depot, works to improve the homes and lives of U.S. veterans, support communities impacted by natural disasters, and train skilled tradespeople to fill the labor gap.
