LANSING, MI — It’s the time of year for back to school shopping and final summer trips to the lake up north for many mid-Michigan families. Most Michigan K-12 schools are starting classes over the next two weeks.
When does each mid-Michigan school district get its start this fall semester? A handful will be back in the classroom as early as next week, and most others will be returning before August is over.
Here is a list of what we found for back to school dates:
Aug. 19: Holt Public and Williamston Community Schools
Aug. 24: East Lansing Public Schools
Aug. 25: Grand Ledge and DeWitt Public Schools
Aug. 26: Lansing Public and Mason Schools
