MASON, MI — It’s fair week in Mason at the Ingham County Fairgrounds. The fair food and fun run through this Saturday. Visit www.fair.ingham.org for the full event schedule.
There is good news on the horizon for fair goers. Fair officials say they could have a new grandstand in place by next year’s fair. The old grandstand was deemed unsafe and torn down in 2016.
The Ingham County Farm Bureau recently donated $100,000 to support the construction of a new covered grandstand at the fairgrounds. Federal grant money is also expected to help fund the construction project. Bidding on the project recently opened, officials say.

Online Price: $12 ages 13+ $10 ages 2-12- includes admission into the Fair

Saturday, August 8- SJO Motocross starting at 7pm
Online Price: $12 ages 13+ $10 ages 3-12- includes admission into the Fair
