LANSING, MI – How about a side of snow with your turkey this Thanksgiving.? It’s possible. Media partner 6 News WLNS says multiple snowy systems are set to move through mid-Michigan this week, which could create some headaches for travelers across the region.
Rain showers on Tuesday will gradually dry up later today; however, additional rain will move in for Wednesday morning, switching over to snow as temperatures drop through the day.
Lake effect snow showers will continue on Thanksgiving, with a few more isolated lake effect snow showers possible on Friday. The StormTracker 6 then shows another large weather system arriving this weekend, bringing additional chances for snow on Saturday and Sunday.
