LANSING, MI — The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) invites the public to attend an open house to learn more about the US-127/I-496 project in Ingham County. Staff will be on hand to answer any questions. The open house is Tuesday Feb. 18 from 4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at Foster Community Center in Lansing.
The public can stay up to date on the project at https://www.michigan.gov/mdot/projects-studies/us-127-corridor-improvements. Work on this multi-year project resumes in March, focusing on the southbound lanes from Frandor to I-96. Traffic at that point will be combined onto the NB section of US-127. All work is expected to be complete in fall 2027.
