NEWBERG TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Alcohol may have been a factor in a crash that sent a vehicle into a mailbox and a utility pole in Cass County.
It happened just before 5 a.m. Saturday on M-40 near Bald Hill Street in Newberg Township.
First responders say the driver, a 19-year-old from Union, was traveling southbound on M-40 when she crashed. She was transported to Three Rivers Hospital for treatment, but her current condition has not been released.
