EAST LANSING, MI — Michigan State’s men’s and women’s basketball teams tip off their seasons Friday night at Breslin Center. MSU Madness is the annual event that celebrates the start of another hoops season in East Lansing.
Doors to the Breslin Center will open at 8 p.m. Admission to Michigan State Madness is free. Parking is free after 7 p.m. in lots 62, 63, 79, 124, Kellogg ramp 4 and ramp 7.
Team autographs and photos with the head coaches will be available on the Breslin concourse when the doors open. Posters will be provided for autographs. No outside items will be eligible to be signed.
The officail program will begin at 9 p.m. with the introduction of the women’s basketball team and Head Coach Robyn Fralick, followed by the introduction of the men’s basketball team and Head Coach Tom Izzo.
The evening will also feature performances by the Spartan Marching Band and drum line, the Michigan State cheerleaders, the MSU dance team, and more.
