GRAND RAPIDS, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Republican Tudor Dixon says she will not seek either the governor’s office or U.S. Senate seat in 2026.
Dixon was the GOP gubernatorial nominee in 2022, losing to incumbent Governor Gretchen Whitmer.
She says she will “continue traveling our great state to support Trump policies and the candidates authentically embracing them.”
Dixon added President Trump’s “drive to save our country and be the voice for working people is remarkable.”
She has been working as a west Michigan podcaster since the 2022 election.
Michigan has a U.S. Senate seat open next year, as Senator Gary Peters says he will not seek another term in Washington, DC.
