EAST LANSING, MI — There’s a pair of former Michigan State University head football coaches on this year’s National Football Foundation’2 2024 ballot for induction into the College Football Hal of Fame.
Former MSU head coaches Mark Dantonio and Darryl Rogers are candidates for induction. Dantonio, named one of nine finalists in the coaches category, is a finalist on his first try. Dantonio coached the Spartans from 2007-19 and led MSU to a 114-57 record during that stretch. Three other former MSU coaches are already in the HOF: Charles Bachmann, Duffy Daugherty and Biggie Munn.
The 2024 College Football Hall of Fame class will not be announced until early 2024, with official inductions taking place on Dec. 10, 2024 in Las Vegas.
